Started the mortgage loan process and have my pre approval in my grimy little paws!
Been looking at houses like crazy. Today I am driving by 13 houses and then of those deciding which ones I want to go see inside with the realtor tomorrow. Whew....
Had a job interview with Louisana Pacific on Thursday. I think it went pretty well. It was the second interview. The first interview is a HR screen, the second is a Technical interview and if I get another interview I think that would be with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager is out of the office for 3 weeks so for now I just have to sit tight and see how things go. I like the job and the office and the people seemed cool. Just comes down to are they willing to pay me what I asked? They said it was a little high but not outside the range. Also what is their bonus like? Currently my bonus is 20% of my yearly salary but in 4 years will go to 30%.
I don't think I could drop to a job where it is like 5% but if it is anything over about 14% or so I will be in for it.
Well off to look at more houses today.
