I went to a party last night and fell asleep before all the fun people came. I woke up when they were all leaving. It seems like my whole day has been that kind of 'luck.'
First, just when my lunch came @ Sawatdee, it was time for me to leave for a haircut appointment.
I had an awesome time last night with a boy that isn't ready to date anyone. Not just good, but awesome, awesome. Waking up and reading books and talking about art, and going out to uptown for tofy curry and getting all crazy and philosophical-like. :big grin:
Then, my sister called to let me know she and all my 'long-time' friends are airing out my proverbial 'dirty laundry' with regard to dating. Beautiful. Nothing better than those close to you talking about your heartbreaks when you're not even there to defend yourself!
At least the leftover curry didn't spill in the car. See? every cloud has a silver lining. I already ate the leftovers, and I'm going to go about my business of homework for this afternoon.

Tiny Elvis...I dunno...I was surfin the site and tired, and you must have made a comment somewhere that I thought was interesting or sexy or cute or funny. I think my profile has lots to say about me (more than yours does about you). ANd, of course, I think I'm friend-worthy and fun. So...it's your call, man.
I went to O'Gara's tonight and COsmic's. Both were fun. I saw a cute girl that's a friend-of-a-friend. If only I could be 19 again like her...
So is it better to be there to defend to yourself but have to relive those same heartbreaks? Some times the best way to defend yourself from that stuff is just to not even be involved. 'Course the best thing about the past is that its already done, so no worries.
Sounds like a fun 'sorta' date. Sometimes, though, those are the best kind. No pressure, just enjoying each others company. Not a bad way to spend a day
