Migraines !!!! ....... I've had 3 in 24 hours. I wake up with a thobber (my brain also) and those lovely 'xxxx's in my eyesight. Sleep is the biggest trigger for me these days. Oh well.

We had rain, ya.

Am getting some nice neckties made up for the races, Melbourne Cup and Roma Races. One Polka Dot, white on black and a checkered flag one (with matching hankies).

Will be going to Singapore in 10 days time for work - some management course akin to Jiko Kanri.

..... Just get home in time for my 20 year school reunion.
