Babylon is taught by christianity to have been a bad place. It was a city of great evil and chaos...or was it?

Babylon was a place of feminine worship. The dieties worshipped were both male and female, but the greatness of the female was stressed and glorified. Women ruled Babylon for most of it's existence, and the civiliation was also a matriarch, like Egypt. A matriarch is a culture where men are in the subordinate position, and women control most aspects of life, in the home, and in other areas. Large beautiful statues of women were placed throughout Babylon to pay celebrate women, and the Goddess.

Hebrews decided this was evil, because they believed in a Male God, and the idea of Adam and Eve, with Even being Adams supbordinate, so they went to Babylon and killed all of the women, men and children except for the women that were still virgins. These girls were raped as a kind of ethnic cleansing. And then Babylon went down in the books as an evil civilization.

This bothers me because I have a friend who is a rapper and has many songs about how we must burn Babylon. He uses it metephorically for our culture now. Babylon was pretty much pagen, and worshipped the devine feminine, I hardly see that as being a wrong or evil thing. When is someone going to clean up the books and start re-writing history, and when are people going to start realizing that everything is a fucking lie? The story of evil Babylon is a pretty well known story, but it isn't even fucking true...haha.

I mean, every story about everything is a lie! Holidays, history, government, politics, religion, the food we eat, the diseases we die from. When will the lies end?

Okay, so that is my rant for the day.
