I actually went out a drive into glasgow and back to get some fresh air, sometimes that helps knock me out. Not tonight by the looks of it. Just as well I'm off on the sick just now, I'd never get up on time for work. 😩

No problemo keep your chin up, you're amazing too. Do your best to not let people like that get to you, they're just trash with nothing better to do. I find it helps to block them quickly and just laugh at how much better you are than them.
