oh god, oh god, i HAVE to start doing my WORK!! I've been so distracted and haven't done anything today that I was supposed to do.

I CAN'T CONCENTRATE!!!!

My dr is trying to figure out if I have ADD or am Bipolar II (Bipolar "Lite"). But I can NEVER concentrate, and though I got top grades, always got yelled at in school. I can't have been having a 29 year manic episode for god's sake!!!!

THIS SUCKS!!!

dude, check out kay redfield jamison. she's bipolar and on faculty at johns hopkins. she wrote a book specifically about that-- it's actually the only one of hers i have YET to read. she's also got a memoir on being a professional in the psychological field with bpd and a book on suicide. both are great.
