Just had the night from hell at work. Customer was performing maintenance. Then we had an outage that affected the same customer. Then We performed more maintenance affecting this same customer even further. I couldn't even tell if our maintenance worked or not, there were so many alarms coming in. This is an especially sensitive customer, so I'm sure we'll be hearing about it all week.
