Alrighty, so it's been 7 days that I've been following the 20/20 diet and so far so good.
I've lost about 8lbs and I've been feeling better physically. And I lost a little bit of circumference from my thighs, hips, and upper arms, but that's about it. I didn't realize just how much better I was feeling til I went out for a friend's BDay last night. I had a few drinks, but I wasn't really feeling them so I decided to save the calories and money and just give up trying to get drunk. A friend and I also decided to surprise him with a cake, which I had a small piece of, and almost immediately, my stomach wasn't happy with that, but I recovered quickly. Later on, I had what was probably the saltiest beef dip and fries ever. I was already full after eating only half, but I didn't ask for a to-go container, so it just sat in front of me while I continued to pick at it. Once I had finished it, I really felt like crap. I'm feeling better this morning, but not 100%. So, I'm just gonna drink a lot of water and get back into the swing of things. My Florida vaycay is fast approaching and I really wanna look better than I did in Vegas. :)
Also, I got a little more work done of my half sleeve. Still just black and grey stuff, but it's coming along nicely. :)
