I bought Dr. Phil's new book "The 20/20 Diet". Hoping for good results from the program.
It was too cold to ride my bike today (wind chill feeling like -30 degrees C/-22 F). My bike chain doesn't like to function properly in those conditions. lol. So, I got a ride to work and then walked home. It took 45 mins, but I was all bundled up and had my music to pass the time. Maybe I should start walking to/from work more. Changing up my routine and burning more calories? Sounds good to me.
