Well, I did it.
After 3 days of meatless, low-cal eating and going to the gym each day, I'm down 6lbs. I doubt there were any inches lost, but I physically feel better. I might need to make this a regular occurrence. Or do a few days carb free or something. I'll see. Also, I didn't get to the gym today, but I just did 50 squats and 10 wall push ups. Better than nothing. : )
Btw, I'm getting a new tattoo on Monday, the 16th. It's gonna be on my upper shoulder/collar bone area. I'm scared for the pain, but oh well. lol
