So close I can taste it.
So, I've been back from Florida for about 2 weeks. It was a good vacation ,if anyone cares. lol. Nice weather, good memories and decent shopping. Also, I was actually disciplined enough to use the fitness room a pretty good amount and when I got home and weighed myself, I was exactly the same. I guess I can't complain about that, so I won't. Now I've been fluctuating a few lbs up and down. I was able to get down to 189 a couple days before I went away and I was 191 this morning (after a rather fatty dinner the night before, but a productive work out before that).
So, right now, I'm just sitting at home, after another productive work out and just trying to keep myself from pigging out and ruining all my progress for the day. I know that what you eat is like 70% responsible for weight loss. It's just so hard to be restrictive all the time. And my days can be a little sporadic to try and plan my meals. However, I'm gonna resolve to do better. My goal before I went on vacation was to be down 50lbs from when I went last year (177), but when it seemed like that was gonna happen, I changed it to 40lbs (187) and that didn't really happen either. So, the next big event in my life is my BDay in April, so I'd like to try to be 177 for that.
Anyway, I think I'll shell some peanuts and find something good on TV. Take care er'rybody. lol
