"They say you can't please all the people all the time. Last night all those people were at my show."

Quad Cities sucked. I did pretty well, but the crowd was horrible. For starters, the first four rows were empty, which automaticlly made for a bad show. Had that happened in Cedar Rapids...people would have been forced into the front. Second off I know where you should be laughing...whether's it's my joke or somebody who I've seen before. These people were laughing at the set-up's on jokes, rather than the punch-lines. Chalk it up as a learning experience.
I came up with the idea of leaving the stage and doing my bit on a chair right in front of the forth row. Derek asked if he could have it. I gave it to him because I knew that he could sell it better than I could. It was highlight of the night...that and leaving.
A lot of people came up to me after my set and congratulated me and some even commented on how much I've improved...which was nice. I'd post new picture but they don't really look good...maybe tomorrow in Cedar Rapids.
Speaking of Cedar Rapids...I'm looking forward to Thursday. We seem to have a really good, smart crowd in Cedar Rapids.
Moving on....
I picked up pizza from Zoey's in Marion(Chicago style...half C.Bacon & Pineapple, half Ital. Sausage, Pepperoni and Mushroom) and took it out to Springville to have lunch with Bryan and my dad. I have a $1500/24 month loan through my father. Today he called off $800 of it and told me to somehow give the other $700 to my brother(via rent-breaks) on the condition that my brother be moved into my house by the end of this weekend. I'm still speechless over that...because it came out of nowhere.
