1) Your Favorite Summer Activities
This used to be hiking when I lived in Alaska and before my right knee degenerated into bone-on-bone contact (to be replaced soon, I hope!) These days I enjoy BBQing and enjoying the company of some of the best people on Earth, listening to the rolling thunder and freshening breeze of thunderstorms, reading and writing (though admittedly those last two are year round activities.

1-the damn heat!
2-the damn humidity
3-the combination of 1 and 2!

3) Who’s Going On Holiday Or Vacation This Summer?
I will be driving up to Cleveland Ohio sometime soon to see my niece and sister.

There are more lusts than loves, and having my heart thrice broken being in love, it no longer comes easy for me. I will be looking for extreme patience before love. Lust will suffice in the meantime.

Alas and alack, I have none as of yet…though I did enjoy a week on Vero Beach beach in September a while back.

Hopefully finish my first book (that’s crazy to me!), but I also masterminded a CAH Marriage Pack made specifically toward friends who just got married. It was a signal success.
15) Things You Love About The Summer Months
Being a red-blooded make, the lack of clothes on women; ice cream; longer Holiday weekends.
16) Who’s Ready For Fall Or Hallowe’en?
That would definitely be me, and not because of the cooler weather! No, no! Mostly because of the explosion of amazing foliage colors as Fall advances; in Alaska there are maybe two weeks of maybe 4 Fall colors, then a Chinook comes and blows all the leaves from the trees. On the East Coast there a myriad of colors that hand in for over a month before fading away.
October begins the quarter year of decorating the Bradicombs! Hallowe’en is BIG for me, Lights and decor and figures and so much more; then comes Thanksgiving where the Christmas decor goes up and stays through the end of January.
17) Your Summer Fantasies & Dreams?
I would dearly love to go and see one of my dearest friends in Florida, both a dream and fantasy. Other than one that I have throughout the year of finishing my book and moving on with the others, really nothing comes to mind; I’m pretty good at realizing both as I can.
18) Personal Question: Where Do You See Yourself In The Summer of 2025?
Likely right where I am now; with elderly parents who will be 87, God willing, then, I will still be on-hand helping them, living in the Bradicombs with my kitties, working at the incredible job I now have, but a great way along on the second and third books I have in mind…
