No Worse For the Wear
Not yet quite into my sexagenarian years, with reasonably good health but with a damned traitorous knee which requires replacement, another Solar rotation still finds me enjoying the life I have.
The octogenarian parents were not feeling up to a 40 minute drive, so an incredible Bavarian meal was not in the birthday cards, so I was more than happy to ‘settle’ for a gourmet pizza and free appetizer at a “Mellow Mushroom” pizzeria.
At the moment of this writing, I have a good Ruby Port at the ready and a pipe of a grand tobacco blend awaiting my attention, more than likely both to be enjoyed as I read more of a Sherlock Holmes novel.
I have enjoyed my blogging time here and have ‘met’ some charming, intelligent as well as beautiful people and that adds to the wonder of my life, so I embrace it!
