happy happy joy joy
so I went to see a movie tonite, and I didn't get to see what I wanted so we saw die harderest with a vengeance or die trying or whatever, I thought I might need a couple beers for this, but I bet it's good for some luaghs
I think this movie might be funnier than Knocked Up!!! I laughed my ass off for like the whole last 45 minutes, and I've been laughing out loud since I got home an hour ago! There's a point after some trillion dollar jet fighter (which couldn't even blow up an 18 wheeler after 3-4 tries) is going down, and this 55 year old nypd cop rides it like a surf board! I swear I was on the verge of tears I was laughing so hard!
Definitely worth 2 hrs of your time! (although I maintain the concept that there should be alcohol consumption in preparation).
Speaking of Knocked Up, it was the only movie, out of 20 listings at the theater that was rated "R"
Fuck hollywood. I hate how everything needs to be as marketable as possible and so we need to make everything PG-13. I was surprised Knocked Up even got made to be honest.
Anyway...
I feel it coming on, I feel like I'm on the verge of getting my life back. Tomorrow I'm going to go see transformers in the dome at the arclight, which should be tons-o-fun, and sunday the W in brentwood seems pretty promising.
if all goes weel, by the end of this month I should be back to normal physically and financially.
I have been thinking of doing something with my hair but I don't know what, it's so fukking long, it's like long.
That and I want to do something to supplement my income. I was thinking a part time/spare time job just to bring in a few hundy xtra per week. I feel like if I do that for a month or two (plus the limited spending that accompanies less free time) I might be in really good shape this fall. I want to stay committed to getting out of LA by the end of the year. I just miss san diego too much.
seeing my parents was so awesome, and seeing all my sisters' kids was really good for me too. i have hundreds of pictures from the last 5 days, and It's awesome. peace out boys and girls I gotta roll
