How is the summer almost over? I've barely had any time off, and things get busy in the fall. Ugh.
And the annual 4-day birthday weekend is in full swing.
Did the Marathon in just over 5 hours. pretty happy

Not sure who you are, came across this page randomly, but have a blast at teh marathon. I just started my training for Rock N Roll San Antonio marathon, it will be my second. The first was Big Sur in 2005. It's tough, but when you finish it's awesome knowing that you just did that.

She quit on us a year ago. It still kind of sucks.
No closer to closure, except I guess for the deafening silence. I don't get how someone can chase down a girlfriend's douche bag boyfriend and tell him off but can't just simply tell me, not interested. It's just kinda fucked up.

Girls can weird sometimes. Spend two months talking to this girl, great conversations, multiple times a day, we go out, hit it off really well, hang out the whole weekend together with everyone assuming we're a couple and both of us being cool about it, then, we start talking less and less until finally nothing. Not usually a fan of my birthday, but this year I decided to take off the day, largely because I would get a four day weekend out of it.
Kinda weird though, first birthday without the ex in I guess six years. No family around, a little weird, a little depressing too, but that's life I guess.
