it is so sad when the archived girls in gray have birthday balloons. it looks like flowers on a grave.

Book: "That Special Touch" - Makers Mark
Section: Accompaniments
Recipe: Brunch Cake
Description: A super coffee cake, very moist, and it actually gets better after the second day.
Serves:
Ingredients:
1 (2-layer) yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 C. Oil
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
6 ounces plain yogurt
6 ounces sour cream
3 Tbs. Maker's Mark
1/2 C. nuts (walnuts or pecans)
TOPPING
3/4 C. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (But I screwed up and put Tbs. and it is yummy)
* Mix cake ingredients together in order given by beating with an electric mixer (I used a wisk, I'm poor)
* Pour 1/2 of cake mixture into greased bundt pan.
* Sprinkle with 1/2 of topping mixture.
* Put the rest of the cake mixture; follow with rest of sugar mixture on top.
*cut through with knife to swirl mixture
*Bake in 325 degrees oven for 55 minutes
Cake is moist and dense, and yummy. I can't say about the second day thing, it just came out about an hour or so ago.
ok, later!
