Well I feared this day and it has finally happened at my job.... REVERSE DISCRIMINATION! I work in a resturant so now a days its natural to have a few latin blooded workers to be working there. Well my boss hired about 15 "illegal" aliens to work there and he treats them alot better than the american workers. They harass me verbally and they even harass me and the ohter younger white guy sexually. Grabbing my ass, saying they want their dicks sucked, etc. but my boss doesn't do anything about it and just keeps saying they are playing around and to ignore it. Well this has been going on for about 4-5 months now and they are getting worse. One of the guys on the night shift has been telling me it happens to him to, but he is a 40 year old guy, big and bulked up and he constantly fights them off of him in groups.
If anyone knows of any jobs hiring in Pittsburgh that pay around $10 or more an hour and you don't need any experience for, get to me. Im a very hard worker, I bust my ass and take pride in my work. I have applied to several jobs already from Cable Installer all the way to Titanium Tester.

dude thats terrible.you should tellyour boss if it continues that you will quit. or file a harrassment suit! I bet he would make changes if you say that.
