Writing has never been something Ive really enjoyed. I find it stressful and demanding and I freeze up. This is one of the major reasons that I never finished graduate school. In addition Ive never been for keeping much of a journal. I tried a couple of other blog type sights but I found that I wasnt engaged enough and that the communities (fuck you myspace) werent really engaging. Perhaps this one will be different because people actually pay to be here. Not that I am necessarily a proponent of closed and exclusive comities but there needs to be a commitment and a filter to all of the B.S. on myspace. I didnt feel like half the people there were real, hard to develop trust and dialog.
Id really like to meet some people here at SG. Explore some new territory and ideas. Id like to find out what it is that other people want to find out about me. What are people looking for in a friendship, a relationship? Do you have expectations? Should I/we have expectations?
Today I went from on the verge of loosing my job to getting a promotion and a nearly 10% raise. Happy and stressed and still a bit worried.
So has anyone ever been out for some adult entertainment in Montreal? Strip clubs? Any tips?
