I read this on Saint's blog and im just going to repost this.......
Please help. I found this post through some friends and from what I've read there will be an art exhibit in November featuring artist Guillermo Vargas "Habacuc" in the Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2008. Mr. Vargas won this spot by exhibiting a stray dog tied up in a gallary and starving it to death while people looked on. THIS IS NOT ART. Art is impossible to define but when you harm someone or something without permission we have to draw a line. This can not be allowed and we can not let Mr.Vargas be rewarded for his first "exhibit" by letting him do this again.
