Recently acquired a Fitbit Flex and decided to pair it with a Aria wifi scale. According to be scale I've lost 15lbs so far. I also added a thermogenic twice daily so that plus eating slightly better may be the real culprit but I like having a more accurate weight reading plus BMI and body fat percentages.
Decided to grow a beard. Never really had one before longer than a few weeks so this is new to me. This kinda came about because I hate shaving and have been too lazy to shave it off so after a certain point I just decided to keep it for a while. Will at least go through Christmas with it and see how its going...
