hey guys, right its been a while since i updated.
prob cos i have'nt really been up to much.

i finally joined the gym and man do i ache, i had an induction yesturday and the instructor set up a set for me to do.
and today i went again and started the cardio stuff it was'nt to bad, just that its been so long since i did anything like that.
the thing is that i really enjoyed it and i know that i've only just started but it fills like it is working with my shoulders.
cos the physio was ok but i needed to build up the muscles with waits.

so its all good for now...

also me and donz are going to a few gigs in the next week or so, which is allways great..
oh year we have a cool weekend later in the year aswell, the london tattoo convention.

whats good is the fact that there are a few of you guys going aswell

i know saffa and frankie are going.
but it would be cool to see if there is anyone else going..
