Easily my favorite SG Hopeful blog is "Why Do You Keep All Your Sets Online" by the criminally neglected @queenofhell .

In it, she answers the title question with a thoughtful explanation of the importance of recognizing where you started, accepting constructive criticism, and memorializing the steps it took you to get to where you are. And she emphasizes the journey she took as a model, the different looks she's tried, and her body image progress along the way. Check it out, it should be required reading for SG Hopefuls.
