Found out I have scoliosis like 5 years ago, for anyone who doesn't know scoliosis is when your spine has a curve in it, luckily my curve is not that bad that I have to undergo surgery to straighten it ...some ppl can't even tell. But I still have to wear this back brace because sometimes I get a lot of back pain. This brace helps to push my curve inwards and help straighten my spine ...I'm suppose to wear it everyday but I only wear it when I'm in pain. Which is bad. But anyways just thought I'd share this piece of info with you guys.
