Wow! That could have been a lot worse! Driving back to Victoria for my next semester, the snow started about 30 minutes from Canmore. It got so bad that you could see maybe 3 car lengths in front of you. The part that was the worst was the fact that a saw semi truck in the middle of the road, on a hill, with his hazzards on. I started slowing down to go past him. I then saw why he had his harrards on. He was sliding back down the hill! I started to accelerate and hoped to hell I could make it.

It all worked out in the end as once I got past Banff, the snow basically ceased. I am now back in Victoria waiting for another semester to start. Only two more!!!!
