I don't understand why he does the things he does... why he spites me for no reason

Federal Aid for college...
Well I moved back to Reno to finish college, and according to FAFSA I am still a dependent...
So I asked my dad to fill out his information, because he makes WAY less than my mom and I could potentially get thousands more for school...
Not only did he refuse to help me, called my mother a liar and a thief, he said if I try to fill out any of his info he would report me for fraud...
I dont understand...
It doesn't cost anything, takes like 5 minutes, and it would help me with college...

Doesn't sound like it would be too hard to be honest...!
What does he cheerish? What makes his world go round?
Use it against him to teach him a lesson and get what you want - to be fair, sounds like he deserves it and you deserve better.
