she is shiny and fast and boy does she turn heads. I am having the time of my life, Fuck she is soooo beautiful and incredibly exciting, OK maybe "toy" is not the right word, "addiction" is probably more to the point I just can't get enough, Honestly Nothing has ever made me this happy

Here are some facts and figures for those who are in to bikes:

Thats 35bhp more than its predecessor (the 999), buckets of torque and 26kg less weight!!!It will do 0 to 100km/h in 2.58 seconds
(A Ferrari Enso does it in 3.4secs and a McLaren F1 LM does it in 3.2secs) Oh.. and its very red...!
Im still running the engine in so I have to keep it under 5000rpm but even in the lower half of
the rev range the power is mindblowing. It handles like a dream, turning and stopping so much easier and tighter than anything I have ever ridden. The bremo mono block brakes are brilliant, almost too strong, and the Showa suspension is just superb.
And Oh MY GOD the sound... When its idling it sounds like a caged lion and when it accelerates it sounds like an earthquake, I love it...
The computer, dash and switch gear are straight of the Ducati Desmodici (Casey Stoners the motogp bike!) it look amazing, so many flashing lights and buttons it looks like a spaceship (I like spaceships). Complete with lap timer and USB connection. you can connect a USB key or laptop to download data from the bike or upload software updates like engine remapping or traction control to the bikes computer,
