not much is new. had my first wod (crossfit) in over a month and a half on thur. it was rough and i'm sore, but i'm so happy to be back.
i've never been on an antidepressant, but i think maybe i need to be. dr recommended paxil, seems to work for several issues i deal w/, but i'm still thinking about it. anyone have any thoughts/experience with it?
