not to laugh at your
fall
or, your
rise
the Earth
breathes
genesis, protogenesis
gods and goddesses
dance
with you
in life, in death
Blessed Repose,
joined, again
in your conception
before the Dirt gave you
form
the Breath give your
inhale, exhale
the firmament gave you
your flight.
I stand upon this pedestal
seeing your
empathy.
