Hello again all.
So in my last post, I talked about the Pistolita calendar project, and posted my contribution to it. The calendar, as well as prints and merch are available here. You should really check it out, and if you can make a purchase to help Pistolita with her rising medical costs. 'Tis the season and all. Also, below is my second contribution to the calendar which, thanks to Rikkitikitavi, also ended up on the cover. There's some really great work in it, so be sure to at least check it out.
In other news, I realized this morning that I have gone completely overboard with Christmas this year. I don't have a whole lot of people to buy for, but I really wanted to give them all something special and nice this year. I'm done now though, aside from finishing making a couple of things for people, which is still going to take me until probably right up to Christmas. Oh, and one more thing I'm hoping to get for my girlfriend.
I've gone pretty far out of my way for people this year, and although it feels good, I'm also getting pretty stressed out. I'm excited for the time to come though, and when I'm finally able to give everyone their gifts. A couple people have gotten theirs already though. I got my mom a new dryer, as hers was on it's last legs, and that got delivered on Monday. I also got my friend Rachel a new pair of glasses, as she's been pathetically without hers for years. Now she'll finally be able to stop squinting at everything! So I had to set up an exam and stuff, so she kind of had to get it early.
Now though it's definitely looking like I'll spending the beginning of 2007 broke. Really broke. As long as everyone is happy though, it'll be alright.
In case I don't get a chance to post again before the holidays, Merry Christmas to all of you, and I hope you all have a wonderful time and give and recieve lots of great gifts. Most importantly though, take the time to tell the people you care about exactly that.
Take care everyone!

I emailed the guy behind the calendar, but he keeps sending back blank emails - weird. Anyways, my contract doesnt give me any rights at all - no payment, no credit, no nothing. I still want a copy of it, though - and my mom wants to see it, too! >_<
