Cherry blossom would be oriental style more than likely. I would check out both Tribe 4 (under Flip in the cit centre) and Body Line between St. Enoch Square and the waterfront. But i think in this case the best for oriental might be in Partick at a place called Irezumi, their lines are really nice and the flower stuff they do is excellent.

I've never been to California to miss it, but i did spend a short time living in nyc and i miss it every day. What made you pick Glasgow / Glasgow Uni?

Ack, it's so true -- thought I plead recent insanity as an excuse for cryptic, stream-of-consciousness journal entries. Apologies.

sometimes blogs are great....in one sense they leave you frustated or confused.....in antother they leave you completely puzzled as to what the hell they really mean.....in a third...they make you wonder where the hell this "person" is comming from. To me they are the forbidden....an indulgence....what life should be about.

fuckin a, you know i made the same mistake the day after halloween when telling my friends the same thing i just told you. and they corrected me just like you did. and i didn't freakin remember. so i'm stupid. there! but yes, great idea indeed. i guess we were just a walking disney scene. disney probably had a movie about a cow and a bear at sometime right?

There is indeed some melancholy going on (if you want to dig, i think some sort of explanation is a few journal entries back), but I'm trying to power through it. Happy St. Patrick's day, or at least what's left of it.

dinosaur costume eh?? hippie! actually, my friends and i were a freakin petting zoo. one was a bear, the other was a lobster (his girlfriend was belle from the little mermaid....get it? belle and sebastian!). i spent the majority of the day riding around on my hog...you don't see many cows on motorcycles anymore. that all died out with the carter administration.
