I didn't go to the movies last night, but I did go to yoga and then my friend and I went out to dinner for his birthday and I ate like an animal.

For those of you who don't realize, this is the best weekend of the year for football. I plan on sitting home like a vegtable and watching every minute.

Today was one of the rainy days were I just home and bonded with my computer. Sometimes ifeel I spend a little too much time with my computer. I think my TV is getting jealous.

I'm trying to start my year off on a good note. I woke up early today and ran four miles before I went to work. Unfortunately it's supposed to start snowing tonight and snow always puts a damper on my excercise regiment. I know, it's all an excuse.
