So let me tell you a quick story about my birthday. Becky, Josh and Jennie and I went out to eat and have a few cocktails. For some reason we ended up in downtown Springfield on a Tuesday night looking for drinks and unfortunately there were only 3 bars open. Since none of us had been to it before we ended up at The Salty Dog. For those of you not in the Spfld area it has a mechanical bull and is very much a college bar on the weekend. But Tuesday night happens to be 18 pluss night. So the place was pretty empty when we showed up at 10ish. Luckily this meant that we had the bartenders complete attention. I lost count of how many shots we did but i do remember doing one of Patron, one of Cuervo and one of each of the Skyy family (ie. citris, melon, vanilla etc.) and at least two or three shots from this premixed shot bottle that the bartenders have. I rode the bull and only lastes 5 or 6 seconds. But the highlight of the night came when the bartender found out it was my birthday and told Josh about something special the other bartender does. I found out later that for $5 you could get spanked by the bartender then get a shot. So my friends signed me up for this. No big deal right? Well, she made me get up on the bar on all fours while she stood above me and wound up with the wooden paddle. I lost count but i believe she delivered 6 or 8 blows. Everyone (including myself) was very suprised at how hard she hit me. This picture was taken on Friday morning when the spanking took place on tuesday night. It's been almost a week now and i still have a rather large bruise. Overall it was a great birthday.
