Thanks for the advice, and trust me, I'm ten steps ahead of you on that -- it's just a matter of carving out a spot in which to do it, for me. In a new environment, feeling like no real estate is -mine- to camp out in for a while for said thinking, I'm always moving, always on my toes, always keeping out of everyone's way, and it's mentally stressful.

But yeah, what you're talking about is priceless and key in undoing a lot of other issues.
