I think there's a point in everyone's life when they realize that things are not as they would have hoped they could be. I'm not talking about the teenager wanting to be a professional athlete or movie star. I mean, that we think the world is a certain way or should be a certain way and find that it most certainly is not.
We're taught that virtue is being honest, good and kind. A lot of things I've seen lately have been showing me that being virtuous is not valued as much as being "hard-working." What professional industries seem to mean is to be following rules and directions with enthusiasm and verve. Virtue (ie. being honest, good and kind) isn't nearly as important as doing what you're told and liking it. Despite the differences you might have with the methodology.
How do you overthrow a cultural regime?

Come up with a better idea and then convince people in a charismatic way that your new regime will be better. Then you either raise a gorilla army or you strike during a depression and through swift posturing cease control of the country. Afterwards of course people will begin to disagree with your way and question why certain things are held in higher respect then other things which will eventually lead to your overthrowing unless you can convince the people they need you to survive.
Of course hard work is the standard, hard work from employee's means more profits for the company. There is no money in honesty my pie eyes dreamer.
As for the name change, I would hope based on the arrangement of the words people would see Ignorant Prodigy has an implied (of my) in the center of it. Otherwise I would say Prodigious Ignoramus... However I am well aware of the limited capacity for thought many people posses so I am happy to explain it to them. I also have the short form "Iggy Prod" which I can use in many instances to put the general public at ease.
