It's 23 years since I was first diagnosed with depression. I wish I could tell you that it magically gets better with time, but it doesn't. You just continue to proove how strong you really are, exactly as you are doing now. ❤️

@JAYAFTERDARK Thank you for your words, being diagnosed with such a thing doesn't make life any easier to deal with. but we have no choice but to continue. we have to keep fighting it every day
