In other news, Sorry Everybody has proven to be an endless source of chuckles, hope and uplifting, lighthearted fun. I am determined to make it through the entire site, but it keeps growing faster than I can click.
I've learned a few things from it:
1. England and Australia also apologize for the outcome of their elections.
2. We should allow kitties and puppies to vote.
3. World doesn't hate us, just our politicians (well, I knew that for a long time).
4. We are welcome to stay on other countries' couches and sofas, in their spare bedrooms, attics and basements...
5. Pretzels and weiners will always be available to us, should our economy lead to wide-spread hunger.
6. Beer seems to be the currency of choice, as well as a universal peace offering.
I'm sure there is more, but I have to go to acupuncture.
And again, I apologize if Sorry Everybody offends anyone - it is meant in good spirits.
