My tummy rocks!

So, I go to Whole Foods today after gym, all yucky, my hair not only dirty, but sweaty and wet, as well. I'm standing there, comparing different brands of Tempeh when this older man says 'Excuse me..."; thinking I'm blocking him, I go to move as he proceeds to tell me that he's happily married, old enough to be my father and doesn't make a habit of talking to strangers, but...
"You are so beautiful, I just had to tell you... and not only on the outside - you simply glow!"

I thank him sincerely and brace for whatever come-on usually follows, but no... he smiles and walks away!

I guess that made me a recipient of random act of kindness. Sort of kinda made my day.

I want cookies!!!
Big fat chocolate chip peanut butter cookies... with nuts.
Maybe even walnut fudge brownies...

I guess a trip to the store is in order...
