mmm... went to the dentist this morning to have an old crown replaced (got to keep my beautiful smile as perfect as it is).
He gave me a little bit of novocaine so that my gums wouldn't hurt (love the man! He'd shoot me up for a teeth cleaning if I wanted him to).
So, I'm sitting there and within 5 minutes... lights out!
Long story short, with my body using everything it has to deal with the post-accident pain and injuries, that tiny drop of local anestetic affected me as total would. I slept through the whole thing, and for 4 hours later... finally got home and still can't keep my eyes open.
The ride home was interesting - had to focus on staying awake, and the drive took 30 seconds... or 27 years... or... no concept of time whatsoever
I'm going to try to make it to the gym tonight, but who knows? Wouldn't want to fall asleep on the eliptical...
Oh yeah, I had a blast last night... B and D got really wasted, but were smart enough to let me take them home instead of driving. But I tell ya! Those boys... Next time I'll bring a leash!
