Here's a poem for today
A Ghost
By Michael S. Walker
There is nothing in this
House I want
But still I haunt it
Going down
To turn the air-conditioner off
At 4 in the morning
Ive been dead a long time
So long
I must have forgotten it
And as I pass right through
My wife going upstairs
She shivers
And I am not amazed
There is nothing in this
House I want
But a door
That I am not
Tethered to
A funeral bill
Paid in full
A mirror that does not reflect
My shiny face
A Ghost

My shiny face
jill:
thanks so much about my set!!
