@kaptaine Definitely not. I've got 4 pairs that I wear - Solid black or solid white tennis shoes for everyday wear. Black tennis shoes for Krav Maga. Pink Nike Romaleos 2 for squats and deadlifts. I have heels, but they've been collecting dust since I broke my ankle last year.

There's a Krav Maga school in Central Florida that provides a FREE half hour women's self-defense class every Tuesday and Thursday. You can attend every Tuesday and Thursday if you'd like - they teach different techniques every time.
