Blast! Everyone in the neighborhood is mowing their lawns at the same time! Its some kind of suburban noisemaking cult conspiracy. They probably all know I have a hangover and are just trying to eliminate sleep as a option, the yuppie bastards.

So last night was a huge party at my friend Ryan's house in honor of his cute friend from out of town. She's a slam poet and and a knockout, so I was thinking of making a move. However, my little plan didn't work since I had to go home early (camp this morning, ya know) and all I ended up with was kiss on the cheek and a pocket full of bottlecaps. Shucks.

Despite hangover, work was not bad today. I'm getting all my kids to learn various punk songs in order to make the day more amusing. Today, Ramones, tomorrow the Clash... I'll have my own little militant child punk chorus. Hurrah.

Well, I'm gonna crawl back into bed with Noam Chomsky reader and pray this infernal racket comes to an end.
