So.
Tax office will send my w-2.
up to 15 calendar days.
So I just have to hope that I can convince my employers to wait.
Also, I think most of you missed this on the boards so I'm posting it here because 1) its sorta funny and spooky and 2) I love talking about myself.
-----
I found out something this weekend.
By now, you all know the name Harry Whittington.
And many of you will know that the man our VP shot was from Austin.
But the connection between myself and that "accident" does not stop there.
Oh no.
See, a few weeks back, there was a fire on 5th street that destroyed the commercial kitchen I had been using for my bakery. It also took out my friend's (and my band's drummer) dance stuido. It almost nearly took out local community radio station KOOP.
And then 2 weeks later another fire hits the same spot, almost as if to finish the job. KOOP is gone as are several rehersal spaces used by my friends' bands.
That is spooky enough.
And I found out this weekend who owned that building.
None other than Harry Whittington.
I'm starting to fear that this administration hates community radio, modern dance, and my baked goods.
