Here's some free advice to budding entrepreneurs, run your ideas by your friends while you're still in the early stages. If they're really your friends, they'll not let you open a business named Pasta Ya Gotcha!
Here's my business idea. If you're a good friend, you'll tell me if it's horrible.

If you look around at polls on the internet, like OKCupid, the poll boxes on news sites, forum polls, and so on -- they're old-fashioned. They look like they were designed back in 1995. You know what I mean, they suck.
TikiPoll improves on the old-school way of doing it by:
* Having a fancy interface that allows multiple pages of questions and results -- without taking visitors away from the page it's hosted on.
* It's also ad-free and easy to include in a website. It doesn't fuck with anyone's browser by using plugins or java, so it's basically just a component you can include in your blog to add functionality, much like a google search box or google ad.
What do you think, retarded or cool?
I'm hoping to get venture capital on this one.

It's a good idea, and it sounds but I just don't know how you'd sell it. if you've got the idea, then I'd say you've got a sure thing.
