It cracks me up how all these minor players in the business world (e.g. godaddy.com) submit outrageous videos to CBS to be aired during the superbowl. The whole point is to get it rejected so it becomes a news piece and the internet community flocks to view it: all of the exposure, none of the superbowl ad rates.
