this week i have been recovering from the debaucheries of last weekend, enjoying being the centre of gossip due to the orgy (shallow as fuck mate), and generally feeling good about myself. people have been mkaing me feel like a talented writer, a fine intellect, and a good lover. goddam it, between being published, being on the radio discussing the nature of art and the role of literature, and twelve hour sex sessions i'm in bloody heaven. and what is more, i've got a damn job too - not a good one but it pays well enough to get by and i start on monday. yay me!

i keep waiting for it to wear off, which i have no doubt it will, but for the time being the serotonin levels are up and life is good.
