Sorry I know i been MIA for a while.lol but I have been busy helping with my cousins wedding in Rochester NY, everything went well. Maybe i will post some pics later... Interesting sidenote... it was a swingers event going on in the hotel last night too biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

yeah things look great, very cool and cute couple! Will love to have them as my landlord. We are in price negotiations, i gave them a couple of comps. but even if they don't come back lower, I am stll 99% sure I am going to take the unit...
