Well I finally did it. Now that the weather is nice I figured why not get off my lazy ass and actually jog like I've been meaning to. I tend to forget how out of shape I am until I actually participate in some form of physical activity. Fuck after 15 minutes I was ready to die my lungs couldn't pull in oxygen and I felt like I was going to hurl. All I wanted to do was collapse in the ditch it was almost a hangover sort of feeling... um yeah I love this stuff? Actually I usuallly do better when I'm jogging with someone else I don't know maybe it's the man in me not wanting to let anyone beat me I'm one of those sorts I hate to lose and will kill myself competing. I need to make a better playlist too I had too much mellow crap coming up I mean I like pinback, explosion in the sky, regina spektor, and all that other good stuff but not the best to run to. If I feel energetic enough I'll do that before work or when I get home. I'm thinking a lot of punk and rap maybe some metal if I can find any I like anymore. I think Tomorrow I'll just ride my bike I'm much better with that it doesn't wear on me like jogging and well it's fun to coast down the hills.
