It makes me angry when people lock their dogs in the car on a very hot day. No dog should have to endure the pain of being locked in a vehicle that is probably close to a 106 heat index. Those poor animals who can't control the circumstances. I went into the grocery store and got a manager involved. I let them know that if they didn't find the owner in 10 minutes when I would have finished my shopping, I was going to call the cops. It is UNACCEPTABLE that people leave their poor animals in that kind of heat. They end up overheating. That's a form of animal abuse. That's something I won't stand for!
