I am out of words to describe the war. I dont know what to think. My dad thinks the war is a right wing religous conservative conspiracy to bring the end times on us deliberately by polarizing the world into a camp of Isalm and chrisitanity.

Maybe he was being devils advocate , no pun intended, because I shocked his liberal sensibilities by saying that getting rid of Saddam would be beneficial for the world, and specifically for Iraq's people even if Bush is an idiot and his reasons are flimsy.

I know there are solid reasons to take out Saddam but those arent used by Bush with any credibility. I mean I'm not convinced he actually care whether we liberate Iraq or end Saddams human rights abuses though those are good reasons. Damn I am can sure vent when I have no words to express my uncertainty.

I half wish I had some guns and a safe place to hide in the BWCA picked out already as My friends in college who used to play paintball and loved Platoon and Predator movies used to joke about.

The BWCA is the boundary wilderness between US and Canada and I could easily flee to Canada If the entire world goes to shit. Who is going to attack Canada?
